We partner with developers, city officials, real estate moguls, churches, and event planners who need safe, stylish, and efficient people-moving solutions.

Why I Started This Business

I’m Kymberli Calloway—a woman on a mission to move people and brands forward, literally. I launched Golf Cart Shuttle Dallas after years of serving high-net-worth clients through my flagship company, Dallas Organizer LLC, where I specialized in luxury home management and white-glove service.

One thing became clear: businesses need that same level of polished, professional support when it comes to how people move through events, construction sites, real estate tours, and large venues. Golf carts weren’t just fun—they were infrastructure.

But the real turning point?
It happened on a rainy morning.

I had an early ticket to a high-level money conference—valued at nearly $800—hosted at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Dallas. I arrived early and dressed professionally: flats with slick soles, a sharp suit, bag in hand, and ready to learn. But when I pulled up?
Valet was full. General parking was full. A valet attendant told me to park almost half a mile away, in the rain.

There were no golf carts, no shuttle option, nothing but a long uphill walk on wet concrete with another well-dressed gentleman beside me, both of us frustrated and soaked. By the time I got inside, I was late, drenched, and silently thinking:
“Why isn’t this a service? In a city like Dallas?”

That moment shifted everything.

Texas weather is extreme. From blazing heat to pouring rain, people attending professional events deserve more than just a parking spot—they deserve an arrival experience that keeps their appearance, time, and confidence intact.

So I bought the carts.
And I built the business.
